Volt may change, pause, or limit early access features at any time. Early access does not guarantee availability of any final product or feature.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
- Impersonate anyone or provide misleading information.
- Post illegal, hateful, abusive, or sexually exploitative content.
- Send spam, scams, malware, or unwanted promotions.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt Volt.
- Use Volt for unlawful purposes.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Volt a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
Safety
Volt can support safer introductions, but we cannot guarantee another person's identity, behavior, intent, or compatibility. Use judgment, protect personal details, and report concerning conduct.
Volt Property
Volt, our branding, design, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of Volt property.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or used Volt in a way that could harm others or the service.
Disclaimers
Volt is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Volt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities.
Changes
We may update these terms as Volt changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
